I’ll admit it – I have a snacking problem. I snack and drink soda all day long. Working full time via a computer and going to school full time I spend a lot of sitting and doing a lot of snacking. It is such a horrible habit and my rear is definitely expanding to the occasion. I needed to find a solution for my constant snacking. Recently I was offered the opportunity to try out Full Core, which is a drink that is a natural appetite suppressant. I was happy to try out a natural product that could help me to fight my own habits.

Now I am not a fad diet kind of person and I do not do random supplements or fly-by-night products to help you lose weight. I will only use products that are natural, genuine, and has actual nutrition behind it. Looking at the information on Full Core I found it met all those requirements ans was definitely something I was comfortable in trying out. I was able to pick up the Full Core 4-pack at my local natural food’s store. You can read all about my shopping trip in my Google+ album, and to see what stores you can find Full Core in just visit FullCore.com.

Full Core is a lemon-lime flavored carbonated drink. Because it is so much like a soda drink, my brain was able to enjoy it instead of viewing it as some type of diet drink. I just can’t get into those milk based shakes – they taste like chalk to me. But with Full Core my brain didn’t seem to catch that its not your typical soda. The benefits of Full Core are amazing. It is all natural and full of vitamins and minerals. I love the fact that is has 10 grams of fiber – which is 40% of your daily fiber needs. Full Core is a perfect soda substitute. You get the flavor and carbonation of a soda, but with a ton of health benefits.

I’ve only had Full Core for a couple days now but I am really liking it. Having one at my computer or near my books has been a great way for me to cut down on my soda intake. The appetite suppression aspect has been wonderful in cutting down on my snacking. I am hopeful that keeping Full Core in my fridge will help me to continue to lose weight.
If you are interested in learning more about Full Core be sure to check them out on Facebook and visit the Full Core board on Pinterest. You can pick up Full Core in natural food stores near you or online.

Hopefully you too can start fighting against your habits. It’s time to #StopSnacking

Thanks for this review…I have a problem with snacking, too, and I am so scared to try diet things….I hope this works for you..and me!
Man, I’m a boredom eater and though I don’t think that there is anything for that I would give this a try to keep my head hunger at bay!
I had never heard of this before. Thank you for sharing. I currently don’t drink any soda, only water, but my mother drinks soda non-stop and snacks a lot. I think this is something that would be good for her.
I have a huge problem with snacking!
Are you still doing this? How is the snacking going?
This sounds interesting. I am not a big soda drinker but I do snack a lot in the afternoons. I like that it has 40% of your daily fiber. I will have to check my store for it. Thanks for the review.
I like the idea of a carbonated drink as a dietary tool! It doesn’t sound like it tastes bad from your description which is what I’m afraid of since I know that there are gastrointestinal medications that sort of act in the same way but those carbonated drinks taste awful. I also like that it includes some vitamins and minerals, which for me is great because I need to drink items that have electrolytes in them. I also like the fiber element. I will definitely check into getting myself some Full Core. Thanks for sharing!
I’ve tried Full Core and it’s awesome! It’s a great substitute for soda!

I wonder if this would make me feel jittery though, I have tried several other things and they always have
I hear you when Im on the computer I tend to snack instead of eating a good meal and of course 3 sodas a day when I should drink more water. I have never heard of Full Core before. I like that it promotes digestive health. I definately will check out this product. Thanks so much for the review of it
I’ve never heard of Full Core! I’m a soda person, too, and it’s so hard to quit.

So I finally found these at Rite Aid. I have to say they actually taste pretty good. I did feel a little fuller and didn’t end up snacking in the afternoon which is when I usually go crazy. So I just wanted to say thanks again for the review.
oh wow I am completely intrigued! I am not a big snacker, but if I do get my hands on some potato chips or chocolate, I’ve been known to go overboard. Full Core sounds like something I would like to try!
